The 2" thick top and drawer fronts are draw-knifedknotty pine which are laminated together to ensure stability.The Northwoods furniture design is unique in that it brings out the true character and beauty of the knotty pine. Every top, drawer front and door is hand draw-knifed on the edges to give the unit that lodge look. Each piece is accented with a hand hewn corner log and drawer pull to give it style and character. The drawer side material is a white hardwood such as aspen or baltic birch. Each drawer is mounted on a side-mount ball bearing roller system to give trouble-free operation for the life of the product.
