Barnwood furniture has come a long way in the last five years. The wood has become abundant enough to allow companies to create a line of furniture and consistantly replicate the piece such as a barnwood bed or reclaimed barnwood vanity. Our furniture is hand-crafted from wood reclaimed from barns and farm buildings around the midwest ranging from 100-200 years old. Our reclaimed barnwood furniture has all the character and lustre only achieved by decades of weathering and daily use. The barn boards are removed one by one. Years of accumulated dirt and grime is cleaned revealing old growth timber. The reclaimed wood is sent to a kiln to be dried to the proper moisture content for making our reclaimed barnwood furniture.
